Hi,

My name is Eliott, I'm 30, and this is my manifesto.

Like me, it's committed and wholehearted. And just like me, it's also very open-minded and free in spirit 🙂

Generally speaking, people apply for specific jobs. In my case, I'll say it straight: it doesn't matter.

CTO, Solutions Architect, Project Manager, Team Leader, Technical Expert, Product Owner, Ambassador...

It doesn't matter, as long as the goal is to carry out a technological mission of civilizational interest, with very high standards, rigor and vision.

If you're looking for a classic profile, there are plenty out there. You probably already have them in your inbox, or among your LinkedIn contacts.

On the other hand, if you're looking for a builder : read on, and let's have a chat. We can do great things together.

For several years, I built and ran my own IT services company, Arozeo.

A name chosen to reflect a simple idea: IT is the first fertile ground for any activity, and growth.

Like a watering can (yes, really), I aimed to be the right tool, at the right time, to help meaningful projects grow.

Over the course of my work, I learned to build, stabilize and solve, with strong intellectual autonomy.

But above all, I understood one essential truth: my real strength doesn't lie (only) in technical expertise; it lies in structure, in elevation.

Naturally, I focused my attention on what I saw as the reactor core: ERP systems, critical infrastructures like Office 365, network architecture... Because they form the invisible backbone of success.

Always with a single goal in mind: to put companies on solid tracks. To help them build foundations strong enough to support 10 times growth, without failing.

Why ? Because what truly interested me was to create a base solid enough to support a lift-off — and even a change of scale.

Today, this cycle has fulfilled its purpose.

I'm ready to open a new chapter, in which I want to reinvest what I've built, what I've learned.

To devote my energy and my high standards to a project bigger than myself. A project that simply takes humanity further.

When I think of major technological advances - which will lead us to the next stages of our civilization - I naturally think of certain key sectors: aerospace, superstructures, nuclear energy, AI, deep innovation...

I think of companies that need a builder, a pioneer.

So I think of you. And myself.

Here are a few examples of what I can bring to the table:

• Intuitive and analytical understanding of complex systems
• A natural ability to stabilize, optimize and secure what others don't always see
• Absolute rigor in commitment and support for critical projects
• Vision and leadership

Reading this text, you might have wondered if it was written with the help of an AI.

The answer is yes 🙂 In fact, I'd even say: in collaboration.

And I am proud of it! I've chosen not to wait for the future, but to live it today.

So I use AI as an extension of my critical thinking, because I deeply believe that this technology - used with discernment, awareness and intention - is a critical tool to think higher, analyze better, and build stronger.

If I can present such a solid profile today, it's precisely because I work hand in hand with technology, and know how to make the most of it.

ℹ️ What I'm looking for

• An ambitious, well-structured tech project focused on fundamental innovation (aerospace, superstructures, nuclear energy, AI, deep tech, etc)
• An environment where we're always aiming higher
• A mission where understanding complex systems and a strong human commitment are essential
• A high degree of autonomy, within an exceptional team

ℹ️ Where and how

• Anywhere, as long as I can live near water : sea, ocean, gigantic lake
• In a long-term partnership
• Full-time contract, fixed-term, freelance... it doesn't matter - as long as we are working together, and for each other

ℹ️ How much

• I currently earn €70,000 gross per year as a freelancer in France
• I believe that's a fair reflection of the expertise, involvement and value I bring to the table
• I'm looking to grow from that base, with the ambition of anchoring myself in a larger and more meaningful project

ℹ️ Please note

• If certain aspects of daily life are made easier (accommodation, catering, etc.), that's a real plus
• This will allow me to stay even more focused on my mission
